About me
I’m a therapist, a mother, a wife, and above all, a human navigating life like everyone else. I know what it’s like to carry invisible weight; managing anxiety, balancing cultural expectations, and holding it all together for everyone else before myself. These experiences shape how I show up in my work: with authenticity, warmth, and deep compassion.
Born in Bolivia and raised in Los Angeles, I’ve lived the experience of moving between cultures, identities, and expectations. That journey taught me the resilience it takes to find belonging in more than one place, and it informs how I meet each client: with curiosity, empathy, and respect for your unique story.
Outside of work, I find joy in the little things such as sharing experiences with my family, exploring new foods, taking spontaneous road trips, or cozying up at home with a movie. These moments of balance and presence are the same I hope to cultivate with my clients: space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
With my clients, I focus on exploring how past experiences or protective patterns may still be shaping your present. Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and inner child work, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and empowering; toward a life that’s more grounded, whole, and authentically yours.
