About me
I'm a trauma therapist, a mother, and someone who has walked through my own share of challenges. I know what it’s like to carry invisible weight—managing anxiety, navigating cultural expectations, and holding things together for everyone else. These lived experiences shape the way I show up in my work: with warmth, authenticity, and deep compassion.
I was born in Bolivia, and my journey as an immigrant raised in Los Angeles has shaped not only how I understand the world, but how I show up for others. Growing up navigating cultural differences and challenges within my own family helped me develop a deep sense of empathy—especially for those who feel caught between worlds or unseen in theirs. These experiences allow me to connect with clients from all walks of life with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Together, we’ll explore how old wounds or protective patterns might still be influencing your present. Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, and inner child healing, we’ll work to reconnect with your strength, process what’s been held for too long, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and whole.
